Some trees and shrubs will be cleared at 20 Fountain Ave to make way for a new senior house. Most of the take downs will be of materials that are in decline. Care will be taken to preserve all specimens possible, to enhance the site after the building is done. As construction is completed, the site will be landscaped to compliment the building.
